Fritz Gepperth erklärt, dass Deutschland das einzige Land ist, in dem es staatliche Eingriffe ins Regelwerk des Schießsports gibt. Dies stellt eine große Herausforderung dar. Gepperth emphasizes the increased use of online conferencing as secretary general of the world federation.
