For the fun of it, I went to Amazon and searched for books about “boundaries.” There were 75 pages where each page displayed 16 books. That adds up to 1200 books on boundaries alone. For “depression” there were only 50 pages. For “love” there were also 75 pages. But I would argue that many of the books about love also talk about boundaries. “Mindfulness” – 50. And so on… Subscribe with your favorite podcast player Apple Podcasts [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/it-is-always-now/id1665285667]Android [https://subscribeonandroid.com/webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/Spirituality and Philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed]RSS [https://webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/spirituality-and-philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed] So, are we obsessed with boundaries? I am going with, “Yes.” Often we think of boundaries that relate to the interactions between us and other people. But there are also boundaries in other areas of our lives. I find these to be just as important. Because these boundaries can also rob you of peace and tranquility if you let them. During this podcast we will explore: 1) Burdensome Boundaries; 2) Busting Boundaries; and 3) Boundless Boundaries. NOTE:  The attached affirmation is there to help you get into the right frame of mind to develop those Boundless Boundaries. I suggest you listen to it before or after you listen to the podcast. Maybe both. Check this video out! New Beginnings

For six months now I have put my podcasts out there. It has been a meaningful journey for me and I do hope my meanderings have inspired others. Inspired others to think outside of the box. Subscribe with your favorite podcast player Apple Podcasts [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/it-is-always-now/id1665285667]Android [https://subscribeonandroid.com/webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/Spirituality and Philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed]RSS [https://webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/spirituality-and-philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed] Today I will finish the quick review of this series and then end with some closing thoughts. I will summarize what I find the bottom line to be. Most of all I want to thank those who have listened. I wish you all the best as you each continue on your own journeys. Just remember: Every day is a new beginning. Montage Musing Part 1

For six months now I have put my podcasts out there. It has been a meaningful journey for me and I do hope it has inspired others. Inspired others to think outside of the box, maybe to connect some dots they did not know existed. Well, that is just a bit lofty…. Moving right along. I now want to point out that there is a theme running throughout them all. In this podcast, I want to pull out those dots and attempt to show the connections. Subscribe with your favorite podcast player Apple Podcasts [https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/it-is-always-now/id1665285667]Android [https://subscribeonandroid.com/webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/Spirituality and Philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed]RSS [https://webtalkradio.net/internet-talk-radio/category/podcasts/spirituality-and-philosophy/it-is-always-now/feed] In the end it really does not matter how I connect them. What is important is how you might ponder on some of them and reframe them to make them their own. My Top 3 Top 10 Lists

There are many reasons why “Top 10” lists are popular. These reasons include: 1) They are quick and easy to read at a quick glance. 2) Someone else has done the work. 3) It can be fun to compare lists. 4) 10 is a nice round number. 5) They tell a lot about human nature. Including our own. And on it goes. This is another way to do that. Another way to share glimpses of who I am. One variation to the usual list – I will give a brief reason why each selection is on my list. Hope you enjoy…..
