Growing up we are often taught that “sharing is caring” and even giving to others was a good thing and sometimes it requires giving your last or even the clothes off your back. As we get older and more experienced with life, things start to change. We are more selective with who and when we give our time and effort to. This episode, I want to talk to those who are just finally deciding that those ideologies we adopted as kids, no longer work for us as adults. In 2023 we are officially becoming selfish!
