For Red Wine/Cinnamon Reduction:  750 ml Red Wine  750 ml sugar 6-8 Cinnamon Sticks Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn to a simmer for 20 minutes. Shake hard for seven seconds.
