I’ve Got You Mama
Hey mama, Have you ever felt frustrated because you know the mindset tools… but you still feel stuck? Maybe you understand the thoughts you “should” be thinking, but your emotions still feel heavy. Maybe your nervous system feels overwhelmed, your body feels exhausted, or you keep wondering why growth still feels hard even when you’re trying so hard to do all the “right” things. What if there’s nothing wrong with you? What if healing and growth were never meant to be about fixing yourself… but about understanding yourself more fully? In today’s conversation, I sit down with my mentor, Molly Claire, to talk about the missing pieces in personal growth — the parts many of us were never taught to pay attention to. What if rest is not weakness, but part of growth itself? And what would change if you stopped viewing your struggles as character flaws and started seeing them with more understanding and grace?
