How to Alchemize our Emotions from Pain to Peace #008

Hello beautiful people 🌞 this is one of my favorite podcasts I have ever recorded. In the following episode, I teach you all a beautiful process I've learned over the past year--how we can turn our pain and suffering into peace and joy. I believe that every negative emotion we feel is an opportunity for us to move into deeper peace; deeper alignment with our most authentic selves. If we can learn to hold ourselves, honor the suck-iness of the pain radically and listen closely, we can make the changes we need to human being in a way that brings us more peace and joy; in a way that feels more like us. As my therapist says, pain is simply where the Love wants to enter.  If you want to find a clearer picture of the chart, it will be pinned on my instagram! https://www.instagram.com/__jayesha_/ Enjoy ◡̈
