Jordan Tea Talks
Yoga turned my life right around from being stressed to blessed. In this episode I want to share about just one of the ways it did this. I have been practicing yoga and meditation daily for over 7 years and at this point I don't think I could stop. But starting to go once per week was the hardest first step. After I made the choice to go all in on my wellness my frequency of practice only increased because of the benefits I was experiencing. I continue to expand my practice everyday since yoga has no limits to what it can bring you unless you stop practicing it.
