Descripción

Something broke. Maybe a relationship. A dream. A version of yourself you thought would last. And maybe your first instinct was to hide it or move on as fast as possible. In this 10-Minute Pause, I explore Kintsugi - the centuries-old Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold. Not to hide the break. But to honour it. I’m not a ceramics expert. This is my lens, my understanding, and what this concept activated in me - including a broken mug, a always fully booked workshop, and a coaching moment I have never forgotten. This episode is for you if you’ve ever tried to get back to who you were before - instead of asking who you are becoming through this. In this Pause: * A simple glimpse into Kintsugi - to join with gold * Why the break may be part of the story, not the end of it * How what we choose to repair can reveal what we value * Why speed is not always healing * A gentle Pause to sit with what is asking to be honoured Question for your week: What in my life am I trying to hide, rush past, or replace - that might actually be worth repairing with gold? Or more simply: What break in my story is asking to be honoured - not erased? If this Pause helped you, follow or subscribe - and if someone came to mind while listening, send this episode to them. I am Jorma and You’re amazing! Not because you never break. But because life can move through you - even there. You're Amazing. Now What? | The Learning–Action Loop

You're amazing. I mean it. Not because everything is perfect but because underneath the noise, the overthinking, and the old patterns, there is something whole in you. But how well do you actually know that person? In this 10-minute Pause, I explore one of the most powerful movements in personal growth: letting learning and action become partners. Not as a concept, but as a lived experiment you can start today. Because real change does not come from fixing yourself. It comes from getting to know yourself more honestly and then taking one courageous step from that knowing. In this Pause: Why insight alone does not create change but it is where change begins Why learning without action becomes a beautiful cage - and action without learning becomes exhaustion How the Learning–Action Loop works in real life What sports, morning routines, and listening to myself taught me about one true step How to begin without a life overhaul Question for your week: What do you already know about yourself - that is ready to be lived? If this Pause helped you, subscribe and share it with someone who may need one honest experiment this week. You're Amazing! Stop Waiting for the Fog to Lift - On Zuversicht, Hope, and your Next Step

You are hoping things will work out. You are hoping the decision becomes clearer. You are hoping you will feel ready — soon. And maybe that hope is exactly what is quietly keeping you still. In this 10-Minute Pause, I explore a German word that English doesn't quite have - Zuversicht - and why the difference between hoping and moving may be the most important shift you make this year. This episode was inspired by an evening in the room with Prof. Dr. Volker Busch - neurologist, psychiatrist, and one of Germany's most compelling voices on mental strength. His live program "Zuversicht" sold out in Hamburg. He was on stage for almost two hours. About one single word. I haven't stopped thinking about it since. In this Pause: Why hope is beautiful — and why it can become passive when it is the only place we stand What Zuversicht actually means, and why it reaches back more than 1,000 years Why the fog does not need to lift before you take the next step How Zuversicht is not manufactured — it is already built from the evidence of your own life Question for your week: Where in your life are you hoping — when something in you may already sense the next step? If this Pause helped you, subscribe and share it with someone who is waiting for the fog to lift. You're Amazing. What We Avoid Holds Energy (10-Minute Pause)

You can keep moving forward. Solving, performing, preparing the next thing. And still feel like something is quietly waiting behind you. In this 10-minute Pause, I explore the Co-Active principle of Process (Presence) and why a present, alive life is not built from moving faster, but from staying with what is real long enough for something to move. This episode grew out of a personal realization: I missed the one-year anniversary of JORMAZIN`. Not the date but the feeling. I moved straight past it. And sitting here recording, I noticed: that moment is still here. Still waiting. In this Pause: * Why Process in Co-Active is not a method - it is a way of being with what is here * Why we avoid not only pain, but joy, pride, and celebration * Why what we avoid holds energy and what we stay with begins to move * How one breath of real presence can open what weeks of moving on could not Question for your week: Where is life asking me not to fix - but to stay? If this Pause helped you, subscribe and share it with someone who may need one more breath today. You're Amazing! episode When You Feel Stuck, Try One More Perspective (10-Minute Pause) artwork

When You Feel Stuck, Try One More Perspective (10-Minute Pause)

Sometimes life feels like there is only one option. "I have to." "There is no other way." "This is just how it is." And still, something important in you may not be fully honored. In this 10-minute Pause, I explore the Co-Active principle of Balance - not as work-life optimization, but as conscious choice. Balance begins when we slow down, notice the perspective we are standing in, and gently ask: what else might also be true? This episode is the next step in a four-part arc. After Fulfillment and Values, today we look at what it takes to choose from what matters in the middle of a full week, real pressure, and a life that keeps moving. In this Pause: * Why Balance is not about perfect distribution, but conscious choice * Why feeling stuck often means believing there is only one option * How one different perspective can create space * Why a resonant choice becomes powerful when we commit to it Question for your week: Where in my life have I been living from "I have to" and what becomes possible when I remember I may have more choice than this narrow moment lets me see? If this Pause helped you, subscribe and share it with someone who needs a moment to reconnect with what really matters. You're Amazing!
