Amanda Radke is a beef cattle rancher from Mitchell, SD. Together, alongside her husband, Tyler, they run Radke Land & Cattle and raise their four children, Scarlett, Thorne, Alexander, and Croix. They have been foster parents since 2019, and have also welcomed a dozen kids to the ranch in the last couple of years. Amanda's passion is teaching kids about where their food comes from, and she has written 8 children's books about farming and ranching.
