Sunda and I connect on the power of our networks, the importance of transparency, and how self-care should and will look different for everyone but it’s about your connection to the practice. Sunda shares how the family is at the core of who she is and comes from a large family.  Sunda is a proud cool aunt as she seeks to encourage adventure and curiosity in her nieces and nephews and encouraging them to be their best selves.  Our convo highlights how individual story connects to our passion.
