Their mother Sharon Walker talks to Quinn about how the project has helped her son and daughter believe in themselves. And Quinn visited Kari Hamilton's farm to learn all about milk and nutrition and where the milk comes from. Hamilton travels across the metro with Lullabelle the cow teaching kids about milk.

FOX4's Kathy Quinn talks to KCPD Captain Dave Jackson about a round of illegal drugs laced with fentanyl that is killing many young people in the metro. Captain Jackson says parents need to have that conversation with their teens. Also, the latest round of frigid temperatures has many people very anxious about their upcoming energy bills. A representative from Evergy explains how they will calculate bills and how it's different compared to energy bills in Texas. Finally, Kansas City has been awarded 4.5 million dollars from the second round of COVID-19 funding to help with immediate rent and utility assistance. FOX4's Kathy Quinn has heard from several people who live in Kansas about the troubles with unemployment and pandemic assistance checks. Chantele tells Quinn how it is affecting her life. And life during the pandemic hasn’t been easy for anyone. In fact, one local counselor describes how many of her clients are dealing with the anxiety and stress through alcohol and drugs.
