Welcome to the  Rage Walk meditation: a powerful tool designed to help you process and regulate the often overwhelming emotion of anger. In a world where it's easy to react impulsively or feel consumed by anger, this meditation invites you to embrace and understand your anger rather than letting it define you.

7. Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Whole - Darla Trendler

I wrote this meditation to share with the young women in my stake at camp. The young women had chosen the theme of "Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Whole" months before camp. They requested a class about meditation and I wanted a way to teach them about meditation but also help them understand our camp theme on a deeper level. One night shortly before I wrote this meditation, I was in excruciating pain and had tried multiple kinds of medicine and other remedies to ease the pain but nothing worked. It was the middle of the night and I laid there in the darkness, begging God to take away the pain. But then, in a way that I consider miraculous, I started to think of the Savior. I thought of how He is the Master Healer. I had tried everything and nothing worked. Jesus was my only hope. I decided to use some of the things I have learned through meditation to help me with the unbearable pain I was experiencing. I started by saying affirmations in my mind like, “I am healed through Christ.” “There is peace in Christ,” and other things while also focusing on my breathing. The pain did not go away but slowly my thoughts turned to the covenants I have made with God in my life. In the pain, I thought of God being right by my side, helping me and sending His Son to help me. I felt my covenants binding me to Them.  As dawn came and light started to enter my room, I felt grace, love, peace, hope and joy. I thought of all the ways I had been blessed by God. I named every blessing I could think of and I felt so much gratitude.  That night was a miracle for me. The miracle was not having the pain lifted because I had no relief for eight more days. The miracle was seeing my imperfect faith give me access to the perfect power of Jesus Christ.  My faith in Jesus Christ made me whole, even though I was not immediately healed physically.  After the pain lifted, I sat down and wrote this meditation with a new and personal understanding of what Jesus meant when he said, "Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Whole."
