JJ examined thousands of NASA reports for his column, "Human Factors”, and is the only aviation safety expert who analyzes NASA reports for the benefit of the pilot community. After separating from the Air Force in 2021, Tyler transitioned into business aviation as Chief Pilot and Aircraft Manager for a Part 91 flight department in Arkansas.
