Descripción

Chris has a wide ranging conversation with head teacher Dr Dorian Lewis regarding his ethos for leading a great state school. In an honest and detailed chat they talk about the state of UK education, ways in which Bournemouth School helps its students to achieve superb grades, the role of parents, knife crime, drugs, and so much more. There's some challenging questions from students squeezed in too. Well done for Dr Lewis for facing them. The school was awarded "outstanding" across the board in its 2024 OFSTED inspection, so Dr Lewis' views are well worth a listen.
