Therefore, it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management. These healthy habits can help the body fight off sickness and stay well. A healthy lifestyle also includes getting enough sleep, maintaining a healthy weight, and not smoking.
