Episode 12: The End of the End

Well it's Facebook official, and now it's podcast official. We've been checking in on our boy Sean as he's worked though the process and now he is officially divorced.  We talk today to see how he's doing and his plans for the future.  (Yeah I know I messed up on the episode list so we are going with 12 for this one).

Episode 11: Goals

First off, apologizes for the delay.  We experienced some technical difficulties, well, Shad struggled to figure out why this episode wouldn't load in to the editing software...But he figured it out!  This episode we talk about setting and achieving goals.  The men discuss how opportunities arise and how one of them took full advantage (and we were celebrating while recording) .  Thank you for your patience on this episode!

Episode 9 Part 2: Welllllnessss

We talked about burnout last week, hope you enjoyed and learned something.  This week we shift to discussing wellness, the 3 main pillars and important issues with each.  Finishing up this series next week we will be talking about how to use the information on burnout and wellness to identify and change habits and behaviors that need adjustment as well as how to set and achieve goals.

Episode 9 Part 1: Burnout a special type of hell

In part 1 of this two part episode Sean and Shad talk about their personal experiences and observations with burnout.  They discuss how leaders in organizations can push to change a culture of burnout and turnover to wellness and increased productivity.  In part 2 next week the guys will dive into wellness, how to keep yourself out of burnout and be happy and successful in your profession and at home.

Episode 8: Things to tell younger, dumber you

Sean and Shad compare notes on what they would tell their younger, dumber selves.  This little exercise is pretty entertaining and also a good reminder to our much older selves about what is important and what we need to keep focusing on.
