More importantly, showing up consistently, and being present as that friend goes deeper than we may think.  So it's good practice to ask ourselves regularly, "What type of friend am I?" And "Do my relationships support me the way I need them too?"  On this episode we are having a beautiful conversation about community that supports you when it really counts! The Bible tells us, "And a child shall lead them… " It also instructs us to "train a child up in the way they should go…" I remain in awe of the Word of God's faithfulness, giving us all we need to live a blessed life full of solid principles, and leading us into all truth. Episode 35: Just Go!

Have you ever been in a state of seeking? Not knowing exactly what it is you desire, but you feel like something is missing? Trying various external things may seem fun and satisfactory for a while but over time you still feel like you are hungry for something. This can happen even when as a child you learned the way, the truth, and the life you were supposed to follow.  In this episode, we meet the beautiful heart of a woman who knew how to do better but was simply choosing to do it her way. However, nothing was quenching her thirst. Well aware of the power of the Word of God and fed up, one day she decided to just go! To seek God and find Him is one of the most powerful things we will ever experience. Especially once you realize He was never that far off from you. It doesn't mean our situations change immediately, but the process towards changing begins internally once you surrender. Episode 34:Live Testimony, Past The Pain

Pain is an experience that every human will have in our life. None of us are absolved of that. Another truth is that we don't always feel like we can bear what we are going through, because we can't see any light in front of us. Not even a flicker, to bring us a little hope. BUT GOD! Recently, I had a heartfelt conversation with a woman who has been dear to my family for many years. During our talk, she shared with me the challenges and pain she has faced, as well as the ways in which she found strength and healing through her faith. We discussed how life can present unexpected challenges despite being raised with a strong sense of purpose, and how these experiences can lead to profound and life-changing pain. She has overcome various hardships including illness, addiction, and emotional ups and downs, demonstrating resilience and healing. May you be inspired to understand the power of God's Word. On this episode we invite you to the table where two close friends that happen to be of different faiths share heart and experiences that bring them even closer together.  I am talking to my dear friend about her journey as an Iranian muslim refugee in the 1980's. A powerful conversation as this precious heart shares stories about what her 7 year old self experienced as she and her family fled her home country in search of peaceful acceptance and a fresh start during a time of war. The love she still holds in her heart for humanity, even though she has experienced the worst of hateful, heinous acts is pure gold.  May you be enlightened to love beyond the confines of your limited experiences. When Jesus said love your neighbor as yourself He never put a qualifier on that neighbor.
