Everything is getting crazy and super quick! We are skidding towards the end of season 1 with a fury with another 2 in 1 episode. We go over Episode 12 The Birthday Party and Episode 13 The Separation and so much is happening! Out of control private jet parties to an unknown city, Jeff deciding to become a lounge lizard, Michael snitching on Krystle, Ted comes back! and what is a proper love triangle in the soaps? We discuss it all in this episode!

Everything Is Changing

With very few episodes left of season 1, Jen and Charity are eager to get to the more soapier and glamorous season 2 so they have decided to go over 2 episodes in one for the next few weeks. The writers have also seemingly decided the show needed to be soapier because the ladies notice changes in characters and storylines shifting. There's so much to cover in this long episode but it has it all: forgiveness, confrontations ,celebrations, singles bars and an Aspen disco where Brian Dennehy appears! Enjoy hearing us break it down.

We Hate This Episode!

Trigger Warning! We hate the episode! Forget the end ever happened! Ok, well we do have Lindsay's epic freakout to have some laughs over! (get thee to a microfiche!) There is some important story of course but after a scene with Fallon and Ted in the PJ you can turn your tv's off and just listen to Jen and Charity chat about it. We do not go into details at all but there is marital SA at the end and we do our best to discuss that quickly and talk about how insanely prevalent these storylines were on 80s soaps and how we feel about it. Make no mistake though as you will hear we don't feel this storyline was necessary at all and it doesn't come into play after this season so FORGET IT HAPPENED!! It is after all only a silly soap opera. (still listen with care)

Loyalty (The Bordello pt.2)

In part 2 of Jen and Charity going over episode 8 The Bordello, we see that there are major loyalty issues for many of our characters. Blake is feeling a loss of loyalty from his son while Fallon pleas for her brother to stay in Denver. Claudia is feeling distance again from Matthew as he refuses to confide in her his inner most feelings. Krystle reaches out to Doris for help in some sneaky dealings and Doris calls her out. You will gasp at the soapy and shocking ending of this episode!
