But the believer must learn to draw from that well — and Isaiah tells us that we draw with joy. Joy is more than a feeling. It is the spiritual confidence that God is our salvation, our strength, and our song. Even when life feels dry, the well of salvation is never empty. In Christ, we have access to living water every day.
