We’re unpacking why people are so obsessed with influencers, how creators actually make money, influencer culture feeling out of touch, the weird psychology of being perceived online, and why influencer events are honestly some of the strangest places on earth. As someone who works in social media while also constantly questioning the industry, I wanted to have a really honest conversation about what influencing and content creation is ACTUALLY like behind the scenes.
