In this short Mindful MoMento 24-7 practice, you will explore forgiveness as a soft release in the body. You will pause, breathe slowly, and notice where tension appears when a person or moment comes to mind. There is no pressure to approve of what happened. You will simply observe thoughts and emotions, then return to the breath as an anchor. We will reflect on how the body holds on, and how gentle attention can create space. This can calm the mind and support emotional balance. A small moment of release can shift the whole day.
