New Year’s resolutions are the worst. They almost always feel crappy and have an epic failure rate. I’m going to share my favorite alternative to setting resolutions so you can embrace 2023 with intention and excitement. You’ll also get to hear what intention I’ve set for the new year and get a bonus teaching on the difference between passive action and massive action. To set your own focus and intention for the year, there are a few simple steps: 1. Ask yourself: what do you want to create more of in one area of your life in the next year? Pay close attention to what your gut response is, it can be that simple to find the answer. 2. Choose a theme that you have an emotional attachment to that you’ll be excited to remind yourself of for the year. 3. What do you need to let go of in order to support yourself in this theme of the year? I hope this gives you some inspiration for how to approach this for yourself.
