This first podcast by husband and wife therapists Eliza Pertz and Dr. Jason Rudolph is about setting the ground work to begin the process of healing related to mental health struggles inclusive of addiction and process addictions.  We focus on the holistic perspective of what being grounded means and how energetically and naturally we can best connect with the earth and relational resources, to experience health and positive energetic flow.
