#04 I'm going to save the world

This episode is dedicated to our superpower known as hyperfocus which is described as an intense state of concentration that can last hours. While one task can be postponed by days or weeks, another can be done immediately when there is a reward afterward. Hyperfocus is also task-oriented and it doesn’t have to be about our hobbies but work and education too. The duration of hyperfocus is not fixed - it can last 2 hours one day and 8 hours on another.

In this episode, I’m going to give attention to a condition called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, known also as RSD, and a little bit about impostor syndrome. It is closely linked to ADHD which can affect the regulation of rejection-related emotions and behaviours. This subject is important to me as it’s my latest discovery on my healing journey.
