Descripción

In my opinion, mental health is something that’s very little understood, yet so many people are really quick to voice their own opinion about mental health, without really knowing what causes that particular person to suffer from it in the first place. Because of that, so many people are unwilling to talk about it... or even seek help... because they are afraid of being judged by others. It was such a chance encounter that I met Chantal Ul-Haq Weedon on LinkedIn. She posted about the book she co-authored titled “ Truth And Triumph” along with 14 other Authors. This is probably one of the most powerful conversations I’ve had on the topic of Mental Health.
