The New Wave team look back at the year 2022 and reflect on the many events that took place while highlighting the New Wave Basement event and some of the lessons they took from hosting the networks first event. They further weigh in on the saga revolving around Christiano Ronaldo and his legacy in football. The team closes the show of with their own personal outlooks on 2022 and thigh it all up on some of the many conversations they think we need to be having as young adults especially that of  mental health.

Episode 2: The Discovery

The New wave team pay homage to the late Hip Hop Artist Takeoff and discuss the issues within the hip-hop community and they further more discuss the void and disconnect within the economic sphere as far as some of the information that young black people overlook or lack which leads to an in-depth conversation about setting the stage for more open discussions on some the important conversations that need to be had. The crew also share some of their experiences and the hardships of relatively moving out/away from their home cities and weigh in some of the responsibilities that they have had to carryout.

In this first episode of New wave your hosts dive into a full on discussion about Paris fashion week as well as the recent events surrounding Kanye Wests controversial Yzy season 9 collection.
