Every time I sit down to talk and listen to Yoram Mosenzon, I’m amazed by the depth of his embodiment of Nonviolent Communication, and by how deeply he is able to go through what I experience as his commitment to honesty, self-connection, and trusting the wisdom of the body and Nature’s own unfolding. Trust. Honesty. Commitment. Not just speaking about it. Living it. The art of mourning is one of those pathways of self-connection that can lead to astounding and profound insights — such as recognizing that mourning unmet needs is something the body naturally knows how to do, if only we stop interrupting that flow. Or discovering what acceptance can actually look like in the moment. In the body.
