Routine and How to Make One You Love

Routines help us live a productive, fulfilled and meaningful life while going about our days with ease. From morning routines of making our bed and drinking water (um and coffee) to everyday tasks and goals, I find it helpful to set routines that serve us best and keep us happy!!! In this episode I share the lil 6 step structure I find helpful to follow when choosing one for myself as well as tips I have for you in keepin it light hearted and achievable. I HOPE THIS HELPED!! Social media and phone usage can make us feel connected in some ways, and lonely in others. It can make us feel inspired, but also unmotivated. It has the potential to improve our life and let us do things with ease but can also become a distraction from our real life. How do you manage to use it to your advantage without letting it get in your way (and in your head)?
