Y'all...today was a DAY! So obviously I had to make a podcast episode about it. Something ticked me off from the moment I logged in for work and I had to do a TON of emotional regulation to not let it affect the rest of my day. Spoiler alert: it went meh. But I tried some tactics that I think at the bare minimum helped me not be as annoyed as I could have been. Buckle up for a lot of F bombs, and some irritated energy. Someone please tell me I am not alone in this....
