Mental Health in Sports

With the recent conversation about mental health in sports and unfortunately the uptick in suicides for collegiate athletes, we thought we'd talk about our experiences with sports. There are a lot of great parts of playing a sport competitively but with that comes many difficulties. We brought on Lill's teammates, three club basketball members, Cortney Evans-Eppolito, Aylee Weiss, and Emma Dempsey so they can bring their input on the topic as well.

Conspiracy Theories

In this episode, we talk about all the major conspiracy theories such as JFK's assassination, area 51, Michael Jackson, and more. We had our two friends Matt Selleck and Brandon Delorenzo join us on this episode to share their input and opinions they have on these crazy theories.

What to Expect

In this episode, we talk about our previous experiences in the first year of college. From homesickness to straight-up sickness to food, we cover all you need to know to prepare for your first year. If you're like us and already in college, we hope you relate and laugh at the stories we share. We had a guest star for this week's episode, Amanda Most. Mandi is our friend and floormate and shares some of her experiences in this episode as well.

For our first podcast, we decided to go with a topic that everyone considers once in a while and that is the red or green flags that you might see in someone. Whether that be a friend, significant other, or family member, we dive into the different things that can give someone the 'ick' and turn them away or the great things that keep people wanting to stay.
