In this episode I talk about the changes I have experienced on top of losing my dad, and how I have handled it. I talk about using traveling as a coping mechanism and it ultimately saved my life. I hope this encourages you to do what makes you comfortable, to do what makes you feel alive, and to do what keeps you alive.

In this episode I dive headfirst into the unrealistic expectations I have had for myself after my dad passed away; as well as the expectations I had for my family. I use some personal experiences to articulate how these unrealistic expectations and insensitivity shaped my grieving process and how I viewed myself.
