There can be any number of reasons for the past failure, however, the only thing that matters this time is that God has called you to it. So despite what has happened in the past, if God is calling you to do it, understand that with Him this time will be different. This time you overcome, this time you succeed, this time you win!

We serve a God who is above time and on top of time and for us, He can even "reverse time", that is make it like you didn't miss the time. Because of that we need to trust Him and take Him at His Word. If He calls you to it you can do it and if you haven't done it yet you can still do it. Put your trust in God and move as He commands.

What do you when it is time but you not ready. Well you have to really trust the word and direction you got from God. We have to remember that when it is time, rarely are we going to "feel" ready, regardless of how ready we think we are. We also have to realize that whatever God is calling us to will be beyond our ability. This is why it is so important to stay in faith and move on what God said as oppose to what we feel. When we do, we can access His great ability on our behalf to accomplish all He has called us to.
