A First: Reveling in My Fragility

I wanted to come into this podcast space letting you know the point at which I start to reveal lessons I have learned in my life and growth that has and will happen for me. This is the first opening up to others and it was a daunting process to be able to be here but I did it. I finally got over my hesitation, sat with my fear and vulnerability and did it. Hopefully in podcasts coming you will find some piece of inspiration for your own life or even just a "hey I'm not the only one" moment.
