Do it with a feeling of wonder Of innocence Of purity of heart Bring your sense of wonder to your workplaces , your relationships Start with an assumption of best outcome , not the worst - not waiting for the penny to drop or for the other to prove you wrong Do it with your heart - because it feels good, because it feels right And equally , equally, honour your inner child by honouring all your emotions, the good ones and the “bad” ones - little by little teach your mind to accept all parts of you equally - and lastly, honour your inner child by listening to your physical needs and emotional ones - rest when you need to , cry when your heart is heavy , walk away from places that make you feel less than that beautiful 1 year old or 3 year old self that deserves to be treasured -

Anatomy of emotions

Our emotions are the greatest storytellers - they tell us stories of despair, anger, bitterness; remind us of the moments where we have felt less somehow, suppressed, taken advantage of - where we have not felt seen or heard - where we have not been able to or allowed to speak our truth.And yet we ignore these difficult emotions or categorise them as BAD - we suppress them because it is THE HARDEST THING TO LISTEN TO OUR OWN STORIES of pain - it is HARD - and so we run - we shut down, disconnect, avoid, or over-express - either way we shut down our systems to DEFEND ourselves against difficult emotions and those SHUT DOWN defence mechanisms come up as physical dis-ease: anxiety, ADHD, migraines, depression, addiction, insomnia, weight gain, weight loss, heart disease, liver damage, blood pressure, diabetes - all of these are REPRESSED STORIES OF OUR EMOTIONS which got tired of knocking at our bodies wanting to be heard and then gave up and solidified into HARD MASS slowing down our bodies through dis-ease IN THE HOPE THAT NOW THEY WILL BE HEARD - Pay attention to your body - your body is the greatest storyteller, the most perfect, the ancient one - the question is: are you a good story-listener?

Self Worth: Through the Looking Glass We have been programmed over centuries to attach our Value to Output - Worth = Productivity which is quantifiable, measurable and ultimately determines your place in the world - Right? How popular we are, how well liked, how well behaved, how well fitted; Self Worth = Net worth - and yet, and yet - For both, those who have been determined not Worthy (on the other end of the divide), and those who have been Approved/Validated by the world, both live with fear of failing - of being judged as being not enough, of being cast out, of being left behind, discarded - because we have been taught to measure Our worth through money & degrees, through postcodes & passports.Join me as we begin to discover a different kind of worth - not of the body and its achievements but of the soul and its light - of the heart and the million ways it learns to love and forgive and expand and give and create and FEEL its worth without any external eyes.BecauseAren't you tired of proving your value - aren't you tired of earning it? Magic of Total Surrender

What if we didn't have to DO anything to Get what we wanted? Didn't have to struggle, fight, try to make it work? What if we didn't have to Change anything or fix anything ever again? What if there was nothing TO change or Fix - what if we could, for one moment, extend ourselves this kindness of absolute, total, acceptance of exactly who we are, where we are , exactly how we are - What if we could just say for a moment: Ok it is how and it and I GIVE-IN?
