In this episode, we hear from Dave Gutknecht. Dave has spent his career as a licensed therapist and has worked directly in the church and with church leadership boards.  This is a helpful conversation for both pastors and churches, how they can get along together, and the importance of speaking the truth in love. Dave serves with our ministry, Pastors in Transition, as one of the therapists available to pastors and families who find themselves in transition. Pastors in Transition is a non-profit organization that was formed to help pastors, families, and churches navigate the unique challenges, hurt, and stress associated with ministry transitions. We have a team of people who volunteer their time and expertise to help pastors and families find hope, help, and healing. From mentoring, to counseling with licensed counselors, to prayer support, retreat facility options, and career assessments, Pastors in Transition is here to help.
