Accountability is POWER

This is the first episode of the year — and we’re starting strong. In this conversation, I talk about alignment and why it isn’t something you ”achieve” once. It’s something you return to. Over and over again. Realignment is a discipline. We dive into personal — what it actually means to stop playing the victim, take ownership of your life, and understand that life is happening for you, not to you. 2026 is the year of the horse — energy of movement, strength, direction, and control. After the shedding and introspection of the snake year, it’s time to step forward with intention and take the reins. I also open up about my business for the first time — not as a sales pitch, but as a part of my own alignment and growth. This episode is about ownership, vulnerability, and choosing your life on purpose. Let’s run toward who we’re becoming.
