Just because someone else does a specific style of training, It doesn't mean it might be the right direction for yourself. One thing that we must be able to do is follow a sense of enjoyment through our workouts and also have a little understanding of what style of training best suits YOU and only for YOU. There are many different ways to train and workout for specific goals you may want to meet but the biggest thing you may want to keep in mind is asking yourself, "Is this the right approach for me?". In Episode 5, i talk a little bit about the importance of Training Frequency, Integrating different styles of training and also discuss a little bit about the OPT model, which is discussed and mentioned by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and how it can be applied to Anybody and how it can approach a way for those who are beginners when it comes to training, a step by step process of being able to train in different levels of training and how crucial it is to see different concepts of training, especially if you have different goals.
