Menstruation in the workplace: the menstrual leave debate

Let's talk about the Menstrual Leave debate habang mainit-init pa ang topic! In this conversation Ninai and Toni talked about the menstrual leave bills filed by the Congress - it's benefits, drawbacks, and rooms for improvement. "We keep going back to the idea that these bills are done and written in good faith however there are still a number of unintended negative implications for menstruators, such as perpetuating SEXIST BELIEFS and ATTITUDES that contribute to menstrual stigma and gender stereotypes which also affects our already GENDERED wage gap."
