another poem i titled change to start this episode out! wow almost like i am a scorpio who constantly is putting herself in new situations to see how they can teach me and help me grow. also remember that change and death are conjoined twins and the more comfortable you can get with one the more comfortable you can get with the other. PHEW guess i need to record some more audio because it feels like i got a lot to say i guess. this episode is all the reflections and observations i experienced while fasting for ramadan. truly a beautiful experience that i am carrying out past this chapter. fasting every sunday now so every time i post an episode this season it will be the day of my "holy cleanse" i hope you enjoy it and connect to it and thank you for being here

this is some audio from last year in december and it was really refreshing to hear where i was mentally and emotionally at that point in time, and reflect where i am now. the overall message is trust yourself and you cannot go wrong. its your life baby, theres nothing you can do wrong if its true to you.
