happy new year! as i said it's been a slow time but i am trying to make more episodes and make a return but it's been an immense struggle now starting a new job! in this episode, i wanted to talk about my experiences, with being compared to people, having to be pressured to do well, and basically how i've changed my mindset, and started living for myself. sometimes when you grow up in an environment, where comparisons are a thing, it is hard to not fall into that mindset of oh i need to be like this person or i have to be a certain way. but, because you're not like that person, you're having to feel pressured to do well to make people proud and overtime, it can create a negative mindset in your life, which can essentially drag you down if you're trying to achieve your goals. so you start to realize that its not a life that you want to live and it's not serving you any purpose so you start living for yourself.
