While Ate Remy is in the Philippines, Manong Mo and Kuya Cris welcome a special guest, Henry Gabriel, Jr. Henry works for the Department of Environmental Services. He is helping lead the new GROW initiative. Oʻahu residents will be particularly interested, as this goes live in Waipahu and Kalihi (and four other communities) on April 1, and on October 1, GROW will start on the entire island.
