As we head into our final episode on Aladdin, a final Hopsecutioner is poured. We enjoy the fireworks between Aladdin and Jasmine as they discover a whole new world, only to have a perfect night ruined by corrupt guards who are clearly loyal to Jafar and not the sultan. This sets Aladdin up for a triumph over Jafar, but his fear and uncertainty leave the door open for Jafar to make one last grab for the lamp. In the final conflict, Aladdin has a chance to show his true virtue while Jafar’s prison of envy suddenly becomes starkly real. And of course, a few lovely tangents on whales, submarines, and wishes.

Aladdin Part 3 - Genie-ology

In this episode, we dive right into a discussion of the Genie and his antics as he transforms Aladdin into a prince. After a cool drink of water, we proceed into the romantic entanglement between Aladdin and Jasmine right up until Aladdin takes that fatal step.

Aladdin Part 2 - Don't say his name

In this continuation of our discussion of Aladdin, we muse about mystic blue diamonds which leads us to try a beer without the A. As Jasmine and Aladdin meet and get to know one another, our tangential tendencies triumph once or twice. We close by opening an IPA with 1.21 gigawatts of flavor as we discuss the many lies of Jafar.
