Credits Piper Theatre Productions’ summer enrichment program, Piper Inside, presents Billy Ragamatag and the Shadow Circus, an original musical written by John P. McEneny with original music and lyrics by Rob Parker. Directed by Ryan Michele Woods, with musical direction by Rob Parker and Dionne McClain Freeney, sound engineering and editing by Soren Bailey, and illustration by Marianna Gavris.
