Introduction

In this Podcast Series I will be talking about my experience as a first time mom dealing with Post Partum Mental Illnesses. I am hoping to connect to other moms who are going through the same thing, shed light on post partum mental illnesses other than depression, and give hope to atleast one mother out there. Access to mental health is hard these days, so I will be sharing tips and tricks that I have learned through my mental health help.
