Posture-lating with Posture Ellie
Join Ellie for a reminder of what posture therapy is all about ... balance, function and power (in that specific order). Too many go from sedentary and desk-bound straight to 'power' (running, gym etc), without doing the foundational work to fix the broken movement patterns first. With broken movement patterns, 'power' is going to hurt, always. Your options are then to either a) pretend it doesn't hurt (and eventually be forced to stop) or b) give up (and be faced with the decay that occurs from not keeping your body moving enough). OR ... you accept option 3 - posture therapy. Posture Therapy gets you focusing in on your balance first, then your function and THEN the power will come. You can't boycott balance and function and expect good results!
