It’s time for me to start focusing on the areas of my business that will allow me to get Psych Phyt off the ground. Lately, this podcast has been something that I feel isn’t providing adequate value to either myself or my audience for the effort I’m putting in, compared to other things I could be using that energy for. At this point in my life, I feel like I have the time to commit… but I don’t have the mental energy. So I’m struggling to put in 8 hours of work/study/podcasting each day, and it ends up being more like 3-6 hours of actual mental work. This podcast has been a wonderful journey so far and this is by no means the end! But with the “Rookie Roadmap” series I want to release, I feel like I need more time to produce something that’s of actual value. So once my Personal Training course is finished, I will be re-evaluating the best process moving forward :) I’ll keep you in the loop on my socials (@psychphyt)! The prequel to my new business series! Want to start a business!? Let’s figure it out together! I often relate entrepreneurship to taking the leap and building the plane on the way down! It’s unpredictable, it’s uncertain, it’s exciting, and it’s pretty nerve-racking at times! Here are some techniques to get started - these techniques are mainly designed for those who don’t have a business yet, but maybe have some random ideas here and there.
