Jeff Cunningham, owner and coach of Cunningham Running began his career 22 years ago in the high school ranks coaching multiple state champions, national qualifiers and NCAA scholarship athletes. Jeff coaches all distances from mile to the marathon including countless  Boston Marathon qualifiers and multiple U.S. Olympic Trials Marathon qualifiers. In this episode Jeff talks his words of wisdom on running, giving yourself grace and running tips and tricks. We had an ultimate blast chatting with Jeff, who is, by the way, rad.
