This episode contains a bit of a rant about colonial culture in birding, old white birders and how their culture often excludes birders from marginalized groups, and a discussion of why and how we need to have conversations about racism, misogyny, anti-LGBTQ, and how to respect birds all the time in all bird groups. There's also some birding at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge headquarters and a discussion about dancing birds and how cool northern shovelers are.
