She began her career at The World Affairs Council, promoting the Global Policy Forum and annual conference at Asilomar. Her expertise in nonprofit management and strategic planning has led to successful projects and effective advocacy campaigns. Dr. Vance is a valuable asset to any organization seeking positive social impact.Lindsey Vance was the Director of Marketing and Communications for Amigas del Sol, a Guatemalan women's organization, from 2007 to 2016. She earned a Ph.D. in political science, taught as a college professor, and later became the Director of Data and Strategy at Teach For America until 2019. Lindsey is an independent evaluator with experience in the nonprofit sector. She uses her research background to provide data-driven solutions that help organizations improve their performance. She has presented at national and international conferences and published her research in Gender and Society. Currently, she works as a full-time evaluation consultant.
