Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. 2. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe. 3. Top with Champagne. * 🍹 Old Pro Mocktail (Zero-Proof Sparkler) Ingredients * 25 ml Non-alcoholic gin (like Seedlip Grove 42 or Pentire Seaward) * 15 ml Elderflower cordial * 15 ml Fresh lemon juice * 10 ml Simple syrup (adjust to taste) * Top with chilled alcohol-free sparkling wine or kombucha (citrus or jasmine work wonderfully) * Optional: Dash of orange blossom water or non-alcoholic bitters Garnish * Lemon peel or a sprig of thyme Method 1. Shake non-alcoholic gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, and syrup over ice. 2. Strain into a flute or coupe. 3. Top with non-alcoholic bubbly.
